Beginning her career on Wall Street as a Securities M&A lawyer and later branching into Intellectual Property, Ayesha discovered her true calling in complex family and humanitarian-based immigration and nationality law. Working closely with the Managing Attorney, he designs and implements strategies that have consistently fueled the firm’s operational and financial growth. Chinedu focuses on leveraging technology, data, and resource efficiencies to optimize operations, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and implement performance reviews. His innovative leadership has streamlined workflows, improved client service, and positioned the firm as a trusted leader in the competitive Family Immigration space.

Chinedu holds a B.Sc in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria. With over 14 years of experience in technology in the U.S., he progressed from a Data & QA Analyst to SAP Business Intelligence Architect. In these roles, he collaborated with C-suite executives to deliver impactful products and systems. This extensive experience now informs his role as COO at The Chidolue Law Firm, where he continues to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.


Toni Gillard
